Before the end of June, Early Matured Pear ( or named Cao Su pear) comes into market. It is originated in Shanxi, Gansu and Xinjiang Province and is the earliest pear supplied to the market. Early matured Pear has exquisite flesh which taste sweet, a bit sour and juicy. The shape of this pear is normally hexahedral and octahedral which is unique among the pears. Inchoate pear has an emerald green skin with small spots and late pear's skin is yellow. Early matured pears' season last to September.

Before the traditional Fragrant pears and Royal pears come into market, Early matured pears sell very well on the fruits market and more and more consumers are fond of them.
